Enjoy the 10th Anniversary of Revolution Day Celebration with Your Clifton Friends and Family.
Do you have Egyptian roots or friends and family who come from this nation? If that is the case, you can attend the annual flag-raising ceremony in the nearby Jersey City. The Office of Cultural Affairs, Steven M. Fulop, the Jersey City Mayor, as well as the Municipal Council of Jersey City, welcomes all Clifton residents to the Egyptian Flag Raising ceremony. Taking place on January 25th, 2021, at City Hall Balcony, between 12:00 PM and 12:30 PM, the event is co-sponsored by:
- The Bakka Corporation
- The Egyptian American Community
- The Egyptian Festival Committee
The event is free. Other attendees are expected to gather at City Hall Plaza on street level to enjoy the event. Attendees are urged to adhere to social distancing and wear a mask at all times during the event.
